Work to keep a consistent pace on the burpee box jump overs.

After your burpee you can jump, or step up on the box then jump or step down on the other side.

For the Toes to Bar – these shouldn’t have to be broken TOO small. Looking for the toes to bar to be in 2-4 sets each time max. If you need to – lower the number of reps. You can also scale down to knees up or V-Ups

Goal for this entire workout is 20 min or less.
