At the 09:11 mark on the clock, all works stops, music is to be shut off and a full minute of silence is to be observed. At the 10:11 minute mark the work continues. All movements and weights are suggested. Please scale to all athletes ability level. This is an Honor WOD, your time does not matter, what matters is the work you are putting in to honor, reflect and to Never Forget.
