Coaching Tips:

Using the hook grip will be key for the deadlifts and hang power cleans.

Some people may even want to do a mixed grip deadlift (one palm facing in, the other facing out), and then pausing before the last rep of the deadlifts to switch it to a clean grip for the cleans. You are better off resting on deadlifts so that you can do the hang power cleans unbroken.

Be careful with the toes to bar since the grip will be fatigued (thumbs around the bar to prevent falling off)! Pace the toes to bar so that you can hit the double unders (and the next round) hard.
