I have worked in the health, fitness & performance industry for over 10 years (even longer if you add in the 20 years of playing and/or coaching organized athletics) and I have always known the value of proper nutrition and the role it plays in achieving results. In 2013 I was introduced to AdvoCare and the solutions that provided me with the missing link to my program.  Up until then, I ate a healthy diet, worked out consistently but felt like I could improve my nutrient intake, decrease my recovery time between workouts, and increase my overall energy and focus to maximize my performance.  Now, as I approach the age of 40 I feel better than ever and everyday I go out with one thing in mind…to inspire others to do something great for themselves!
